Miami Cannibal Rudy Eugene Not High On Bath Salts Only Had Marijuana In His System
Miami CannibalAttack victim Ronald Poppo apparently was attacked by a real cannibal. According to a just released toxicology report, Miami Cannibal Rudy Eugene was not high on bath salts. The much-anticipated toxicology report released by Miami-Dade Medical Examiner Dr. Bruce Hyma found marijuana in Eugene’s system, but no evidence of any other street drugs, alcohol or prescription drugs.
The Miami Cannibal, Rudy Eugene appears to have been a real cannibal. The Miami Cannibal Attack was vicious and lasted for at least 18 Minutes. The Miami Cannibal ate 75% of ronald Poppo’s face and left him horribly disfigured for life.

The toxicology report also said that cocaine, LSD, amphetamines (Extasy, Meth and others), phencyclidine (PCP or Angel Dust), heroin, oxycodone, Xanax, synthetic marijuana (Spice), where not found in the Miami Cannibal’s system either.
