Luka Rocco Magnotta, the Canadian Psycho Cannibal, who allegedly dismembered his Chinese lover Jun Lin, and posted the video of the actual killing and dismemberment online is back in Canada. Luka the Canadian Psycho Cannibal not only killed and dismembered Jun Lin, but also mailed the severed limbs to different locations in Ottawa, including a political party’s headquarters and a school.

Luka Magnotta, the Montreal Cannibal who butchered and ate his Chinese lover was caught in Berlin after a global manhunt. Magnotta was recognized and apprehended without a fight as he read stories about himself in an Internet café in Berlin on June 4.
